Thornton Heath boxer Sinclair records KO win at York Hall

Duane “Hotshot” Sinclair moved his record to nine straight wins with a knockout of Dominic Felix at Bethnal Green’s York Hall.

The 35-year-old light-heavyweight, born in Croydon but now living in Thornton Heath, has had all but one of his bouts at the famous east London fight venue.

Felix was having only his third bout and first in the last 12 months. He was down three times in the sixth round and failed to beat the count.

Brixton’s John Harding Jnr

(5-0-1) is set to box on a York Hall show on Saturday. The middleweight’s opponent had yet to be confirmed.

Lewisham light-heavyweight Dan Azeez (5-0) will fight on a show at Brentwood Centre in Essex on September 21.

The 29-year-old has won three of his bouts inside the distance since turning professional in December 2017.
