Ricky Holmes a Charlton injury doubt for Saturday’s match at Bradford City

Charlton winger Ricky Holmes is a doubt for Saturday’s League One fixture at Bradford City.

Addicks boss Karl Robinson says he has at least a couple of knocks to contend with from Tuesday’s 1-1 draw at Oxford United.

Winger Mark Marshall has missed the last two matches with a thigh strain and is facing a race to be fit to face his former club at Valley Parade.

“The lads came in yesterday and one or two took knocks that we’re a little bit concerned about,” said Robinson. “The likes of Ricky Holmes could be out.

“It is going to be a big blow for us. We’ll see how it settles down. I won’t say what the injury is. We’re not too sure if he will make it or not. When you look at it we have centre-backs missing but also potentially Ricky and Mark Marshall going into a really big game.”
