Resident DJs hit the decks at Village East, Bermondsey

Village Vinyl sees three resident DJs hit the decks on the second Friday of every month, celebrating the superior sound quality of vinyl in Village East’s Manhattan-inspired space in Bermondsey.

With no entry fee all night and extended opening hours, the evenings are inclusive to all.

On July 20, August 10, and September 14, Robert J, Ciaran Mayes and DJ Georges will take centre stage, mixing tunes from 8pm-12.30am.

Tables in the lounge will be available to book throughout the evening and the restaurant will be serving food from 6pm-10pm.

Expect the eclectic and playful, with hits running from classic soul and disco, to funk and house.

Village East’s striking and moody backdrop provides fitting backdrop to these vinyl beats. A former textile factory, Village East is the first opening from House Café Company, the family of modern all-day cafés.

Village East is at 171-173 Bermondsey Street, SE1 3UW.
