Penge’s Himalayan Kitchen named ‘Best Regional Takeaway of the Year’ at the Asian Restaurant and Takeaway Awards 2019
Penge’s Himalayan Kitchen has been named as the Best Regional Takeaway of the Year in the South London Region at the Asian Restaurant and Takeaway Awards (ARTA) 2019, held at the Park Plaza Hotel, Westminster.
The awards are in recognition of the UK’s best of South Asian, Thai and Chinese cuisine across a series of regional and national categories.
From the National Chef, Takeaway and Newcomer of the Year Award, to the Best Thai and Chinese Restaurants, Regional Takeaways and more, ARTA spotlighted the pinnacle of more than 2,400 UK applications.
Archana Dhakal, the owner of Himalayan Kitchen, in Penge Lane, said: “It’s an incredible honour to be named as the Best Regional Takeaway of the Year in the South London Region.
“We thank our valued customers in Penge, without whom this would not have been possible.
“This award motivates us to continue creating and delivering incredible food for all of our customers.”
