Nat Sciver will skipper Surrey Stars as squad takes shape for Super League

The Surrey Stars have named 11 of the 15 players in their squad for the women’s Kia Super League.
Nat Sciver will continue to skipper the KSL champions and will be joined by fellow England internationals Laura Marsh, Bryony Smith and Sarah Taylor.
However, the ECB have moved all-rounder Sophia Dunkley, who has played for Surrey Stars since the start of the T20 competition three years ago, to Lancashire Thunder.
Spin bowler Mady Villiers and all-rounder Amy Gordon, who are both part of the England Women’s Academy, will return to play for the Stars.
The current county players in the squad are Surrey Women captain Hannah Jones, batsman Aylish Cranstone and bowlers Eva Gray and Grace Gibbs.
Squad, confirmed so far: Nat Sciver (captain), Aylish Cranstone, Grace Gibbs, Amy Gordon, Eva Gray, Hannah Jones, Laura Marsh, Bryony Smith, Rhianna Southby, Sarah Taylor and Mady Villiers.
Surrey Stars begin their Kia Super League title defence against Yorkshire Diamonds at Headingley on Tuesday 6th August.
