Millwall’s match at Barnsley on March 17 has been moved to a 1pm kick-off.

The Lions had been told by South Yorkshire Police that their fixtures at Oakwell and Sheffield United’s Bramall Lane on April 14 could both be brought forward.

“The club has queried the reasoning and justification for this but until confirmation is announced supporters are urged against booking any transport,” Millwall said in a statement earlier this week.

The new kick-off time for the game against the Tykes was agreed by all parties.

“The club remains in conversation with South Yorkshire Police regarding the Lions’ game at Sheffield United and will update supporters once a decision has been reached,” added Millwall.
