Murray Wallace is set to see a specialist today as Millwall wait to discover the full extent of his ankle and knee injuries.

Lions manager Neil Harris confirmed after Saturday’s 3-1 home loss to Norwich City that the Scottish defender would not play again this season.

And Wallace, who has played at both centre-back and left-back for Millwall since signing in the summer from Scunthorpe United, is set for further tests this morning.

Harris told the South London Press: “He is seeing a specialist now. He has ankle ligament damage and his knee is unstable. We’re not sure what the damage is, we’ll know more today.

“Murray won’t play again this season.”
