Aiden O’Brien is set to resume full training next week – with Millwall boss Neil Harris hoping he could be added to his squad selection before the next international break.

The Lions attacker injured his ankle in the thrilling win at Leeds United.

“Aiden should be back into full training next week,” said Harris. “It will be good to see him back in the squad, possibly before the international break.”

The next round of international games take place from March 22.

O’Brien’s form this season had seen him win call-ups to the Republic of Ireland squad, although he is yet to feature for Martin O’Neill’s side.

They face an away trip against Turkey on March 23.
