Lyle Taylor has posted a social media message giving the thumbs up to Karlan Grant on his Premier League move.
The Charlton strike duo had plundered 29 goals for the Addicks this season.
But that partnership is no more after Grant completed a switch to Huddersfield Town today.
Firstly just want to thank everyone at Cafc for the past 10 years. I’ve enjoyed my time at the club and wish nothing but success for you guys… Absolutely delighted to be joining Huddersfield town. A club with ambition & achieving my boyhood dream of playing in the PL⚽️🔵⚪️. pic.twitter.com/vJ3VZ96igz

Taylor, the Addicks’ top-scorer with 15 goals this season, put a picture of the pair up on his Instagram page.
And he wrote: “It’s been an unbelievable 6 months playing alongside this kid! A great teammate, a great partner and above all a very talented footballer. At 21 I can fully understand his decision and his desire to play in the Premier League. KG, it’s been real brother and I know you’ll smash it going forward. I’ll miss u, we all will, but I wish u every success little bro! At least the album of me and u hugging won’t get any bigger!”
