FA Cup quarter-final draw: Millwall at home to Brighton – Crystal Palace travel to Watford
BY RICHARD CAWLEY
Millwall and Crystal Palace were kept apart in tonight’s FA Cup quarter-final draw – as they were paired with Brighton and Watford respectively.
The draw was made after Manchester United’s 2-0 win over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Millwall and Brighton were the final two balls left and it was former Blues full-back Wayne Bridge who pulled out the Lions to ensure they would be at The Den for their last-eight encounter.
With no replays, it means the Lions will have home support all the way as they bid to reach the semi-final.
Palace are on the road for their tie.
The matches will be played between March 15 and 17.
Full draw:
Millwall v Brighton
Swansea City v Manchester City
Watford v Crystal Palace
Wolves v Manchester United
