Dulwich Hamlet defensive star Hayles signs for Billericay Town
Rickie Hayles has signed a deal with Billericay Town.
He was a defensive rock for Dulwich Hamlet last season but has opted to move on following Isthmian League Premier Division play-off promotion.
Hayles has joined Billericay, who earlier in the week completed a move for released AFC Wimbledon full-back Callum Kennedy.
The Essex club – announcing the deal on their website – said:”Rickie started his playing career at nearby Brentwood Town and will settle in quickly as he has played under Harry Wheeler whilst both were at Welling. Hayles is also a cousin of Ricky Modeste.”
