Charlton Athletic v Nottingham Forest team news: Four Addicks changes as Erhun Otzumer makes surprise start

BY LOUIS MENDEZ

Lee Bowyer makes four changes for Nottingham Forest’s visit to The Valley this evening – with a surprise inclusion for new arrival Erhun Oztumer.

The attacking-midfielder was said to be lacking match fitness by Lee Bowyer but he starts this evening in place of Jonny Williams.

Sam Field and Deji Oshilaja both also make their first league for the clubs, with Naby Sarr earning a recall for to the starting eleven for the first time since the opening day.

Oztumer will start just behind the forward line, whilst Field comes in for Darren Pratley in the midfield.

Chris Solly suffered a concussion during the first-half of Saturday’s draw at Barnsley and sits out, with Oshilaja filling in.

Jason Pearce drops to the bench, with Sarr coming in to partner Tom Lockyer.

Charlton: Phillips, Oshilaja, Lockyer, Sarr, Purrington, Field, Cullen, Gallagher, Oztumer, Leko, Taylor. Subs: Amos, Aneke, Lapslie, Williams, Pearce, Pratley, Bonne.
