Parker makes his first Addicks start alongside talisman Taylor, who finally returns from a three-match ban.
Aribo returns from his knock and comes straight into the midfield.
Igor Vetokele and Mark Marshall, who led the line against the Shrimpers, both drop to the bench.
Chris Solly will also take a place amongst the substitutes, with Anfernee Dijksteel preferred at right-back.
Patrick Bauer returns from a one-game suspension and replaces Krystian Bielik, who has to serve a ban himself after picking up his tenth yellow card of the campaign.
Tariqe Fosu is left out of the matchday squad completely.
