Charlton Athletic goalkeeping coach Andy Marshall has still not agreed a new deal – with manager Lee Bowyer revealing there is interest from another club.

The Addicks boss wants Marshall to extend his stay so that the entire senior backroom team are contracted.

And the former Millwall stopper sees his present deal end on Sunday.

Bowyer said: “There is another club in for him, because of his contract situation – it’s the same as a player.

“I’m hoping that he gets looked after. He has done a great job, especially with Dillon Phillips – he has turned him around.

“I hope he gets rewarded with a fair contract, that’s all I’ve asked them to do.”
