Blue Cross pet charity is opening the doors of its animal hospital in Merton next month to give people the chance to see what goes on behind the scenes.
The open day, from 11am to 4pm on Saturday 3 March, is open to all the family.
Its dedicated veterinary staff will be on hand offering free microchipping and health checks for pets and will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your pet or the charity’s services.
Tours of the hospital at 88-92 Merton High Street will run every half hour from 11.30am and cost £2 per person.
There will also be a raffle and stalls along with a dog show with prizes including Best Child and Dog partnership and Best Condition Dog.
Louise Newman, Blue Cross Merton Practice Manager said: “We held our first open day last year and it was such a great success.
“We are really looking forward to welcoming even more people to our hospital this year and showing them the work Blue Cross does.”
