  • 78 years old. Wife in bed upstairs. One of the intruders goes upstairs, the man is threatened with a screwdriver. One of the intruders is stabbed.

    Murder???

Unless the dead intruder can tell a good story, it was self-defence.

  • Well done Sir. If people invade your property the leave all the rights at the property boundary. He has done humanity a service because if the intruder was caught. How much money would it cost to take it to court, convict and keep him in prison? Two thirty odd year thugs onto one 78 year old? He should be allowed to take any reasonable steps to protect himself and his property.
